The Recycling Paper workshop was first run at a primary school in east London. The children were given the chance to discuss the reasons why reycling paper is important, aided by information and animations. Then the hands on fun began! with the children pulping their classes waste paper and forming shapes by pressing the pulp into wooden moulds. The shapes were then set on a rack to dry and the class went on to paint and built them into their 'Dream City'.

The workshop makes use of the fantastic City Mould design by Hannah Scroggs featured in the Doing It For The Kids exhibition.
